Danieli india has analysed and restored the damaged vertical ledger within quick time, much ahead of the scheduled date of completion.
Danieli India has executed the revamping of the lower housing part of vertical edger for the existing HSM -1 at JSW Steel Vijayanagar Works, which was designed, manufactured at Danieli India design and manufacturing center in Chennai.
The process started off with the Danieli Service performing a detailed mill audit, checking wear and tear conditions of the edger stand and other associated equipment. Thereafter, they developed an engineering solution targeted for quick restoration of the damaged edger housing to original dimensional tolerances.
The task was completed in record time, 11 days ahead of the schedule. Detailed preliminary analysis, round the clock onsite work and outstanding work organisation are some of the key factors responsible for such a phenomenal success.
The success of this prior execution can be attributed to these factors:
